While The IM project has been far from dormant, the IM 1.5 branch has been. Not having seen an update in over a year, IM 1.5 will see a new set of updates in the coming weeks.

Yet another recent update from fellow developer Benjamin aka Nefarius, shows us that he has been hard at work lately bringing life to old devices in the form of drivers.

Though the possibility of this break being in the release version of the AU patch has existed for some time now, as a developer with limited resources, I cannot take odd behavior in preview, insider, early builds seriously. With the limited resources (time) I have, theorizing and debugging the odd behaviours of a essentially "hackish" program within an operating system that is on its best days unpredictable is infeasible.

User ZAMHome found an elegant and perfect working solution to the exclusive mode issues plaguing Windows 10 users after the new Windows 10 update.
