Currently the most widely used version of InputMapper considered feature complete, however is being phased out in favor of InputMapper 1.7 which is more modern and stable and has less issues with Windows 10 and exclusive mode.
I have scattered my attention in the past, usually to bad effect. So I leave it to you guys, what should I focus on polishing/completing next?
And guys, IM has not had anything to do with Exclusive mode for several releases now, We recomend HIDGuardian for that, so voting for that is a wasted vote. And I checked myself, HidGuardian works just fine in latest versions of windows.View full article to cast your vote...
Hey guys, it's been a while! The contract I had been working for the past 6 months finally concluded as of Friday. I will be taking a few days off to catch my breath, but sometime next week I will be diving back into IM. Initial progress will likely be slow as I re-orenient myself with my code/notes as well as OS changes and see what Benjamin has been up to, but once I am caught back up work will resume on IM 1.7 and getting that polished and realeased.
Short update for now, but I will post more details and roadmaps aswell as check-in videos once I have had a chance to re-coup from the 60+ shour work weeks I have been putting in for the past 6 months lol.
Things have been busy this week as I settle into a new contract for my day job, I'll get back into a regular schedule of updates again once things have settled a little more and I have time to do so.
I have been continuing work on the UI and general polish. One of the primary areas of focus is creating a user control to handle creating/picking colors, images and gradients for the various UI parts of the program, making the user not only able to colorize the program as they desire, but also create background images or color gradients for any part aswell.
