Disable light bar on sony wireless adapter?

11 months 3 weeks ago #1 by bhlaab
My bluetooth dongle was giving me some pretty intense latency issues, so I got the official wireless adapter.

It works fine except now my lightbar options in Input Mapper are no longer working. It's always on alongside the controller and it's always blue, even if I outright disable the lightbar in my profile.

Is this just something I'm going to have to deal with while using the sony adapter?

Make sure the profile is saved and assigned, also make sure to forget the BT connection on the PC and reset the controller so multiple connections are being attempted at once.

I got rid of "Wireless Controller" in windows BT seettings. Profile is definitely saved. As I said in the other thread I accidentally made (sorry) it kicks in and works correctly when the right motor runs. I tried unplugging my bluetooth dongle altogether, but still didn't work.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'reset the controller'. Do you mean just turn it off and back on again using the playstation button? That doesn't work.

There is a reset pinhole button on the controller

Ok, I'll double check, but I think odds are this was already addressed in ver 1.7, so it should be fixed
