How do I use InputMapper?

I have just installed it, and it's not detecting my ps4 controller

did I miss something?

I'm not using bluetooth

could be the cable or the USB port. There are a ton of USB cables that the DS4 doesn't like because they cannot carry enough current for the power needed.

Hey wobbles, I'm having the same problem. I also have used every USB port with 3 different cables. 2 being for my s7 edge and s4. One being the original from Sony. I have reset my PC, uninstalled the controller, I have redownloaded Input mapper about 5 times. I'm not sure what is happening as this has happened with applications as this one prior. I'm pretty sure I've uninstalled the previous software but I'm not 100% sure.
