dualshock 4 usb wireless adaptor problem

is it dualshock 4 usb wireless adaptor work without bluetooth dongle or not?
because i have desktop gaming pc and i dont have bluetooth dongle?
just i have dualshock 4 usb wireless adaptor.
how can i get it work for my dualshock4 without bluetooth dongle?

To get your DS4 Wireless Adapter to be recognised by InputMapper...

1. Pair your controller with the adapter.
2. Done.

I own 2x DS4 USB Wireless Adaptors and they both work perfectly here without Bluetooth.

Thank you.. the USB Wireless Adaptors works,.. but i have another problem,. how can i pair my dualshock? when i Press PS button and Share button The controller's flashing but nothing happens i can't pair

Tucked inside the horrible packaging was a folded up piece of paper that was the instruction manual and had instructions for pairing etc.
