No before site maintenance you asked me to send me the crash log, but I guess I can see if updating the plugin works. Although I can't seem to find where the plugins are....

*Update* Nevermind I forgot its done through the client now.

Something worked. I didn't have to update my 360 plugin, but it just started working. I'll see how it turns out with more use.

Ok this is strange.... It seems like it only works the first time I open IM2. If I turn the controller off, then back on, and try to reload the mappings, then it doesn't work. So I have to exit out of IM2, and then go back into it again, and it works. Bug?

Did you update all of your plugins, the log you posted showed you had several out of date.

Yes, they are all updated. That log must be old or something, and didn't update itself.
