UI Updates

Icons in toolbar bigger for readibility

Controller Icon changes color if connection issues detected

Battery turns red when below 10%

Start of global settings re-do (May have to reset some settings)

Scancode is now default option when mapping keys

Macro studio is included to toy with, but not implemented further than that.

Audio fixed for Sony DS4 Dongle. Program not opening on doublicking icon when already running fixed. Hopefully fixed the error on quitting for some people. Several other bug fixes that I cannot remember.

I know... ANOTHER update.... This is a good one though. I have improved the exclusive mode script to run faster an dlighter, and also support for exclusive mode on the new dongle. Also fixed a bug keeping the USB from getting exclusive mode. This update also includes the ability to hover your mouse over the controller icon to get detailed info such as latency and battery level.
