Hello! can someone tell me where I find a tutorial teaching how to create macros in this program?

Bumping for interest.
In particular:
-What's the difference between a "green" trigger and a "red" one?
-How can I create a "turbo" macro?
e.g. I need that by pressing L2+O and holding gives the same effect as multiple press-release of O. I've tried many combinations but neither worked, watching the tutorial did not help. Thank you for the attention.

Green means it must be true for macro to fire, red means it must be false, white means it does not matter.

Thing with using a trigger to rapid fire a button that is also the trigger causes a paradox. You can unbind circle to solve this and make one macr for L2 + circle that is the rapid fire macro, then make another macro for just circle that is a normal button press seperated with wait for release.
