Windows recognizes as two controllers

3 years 5 months ago #1 by nattsrifah
Hi, I've had this issue for quite a while but didn't bother to post on the forum.
So the Windows recognizes a DS4 controller whenever I connect it with a USB, although it works fine with the Bluetooth.
What happens is when I'm in the game (FIFA17, specifically), it'd skip a tap when I tried to navigate through the menu (meaning it acts like I pushed the button two times instead of just one).
I don't know if this happened because of the software update, or the Windows update because when I first used it, it worked fine.

So now my only solution is to fully charge the DS4, then play the games via Bluetooth.

Is there a solution for this? Am I doing something wrong?
Thank you for the reply.

When you are playing via USB, make sure to disconnect the BT.

Thank you for the reply. Problem is the bluetooth was never on in the first place.
